MEET CAPTAIN SAM
Captain Sam Atwell grew up fishing the waters of Vero Beach. For over a decade, he's shared that passion with guests aboard his boat, reading the water, finding the bite, and turning a day on the boat into a story worth telling.
Sam's connection to the water runs deeper than the charter, though. He's a filmmaker and committed conservationist who believes protecting these waters is part of the job. His work has caught the eye of major brands, and with 30,000+ followers on Instagram, he's built a community that trusts his eye for the water as much as his eye for a shot.

DOES SAM RUN OFFSHORE OR DEEP SEA TRIPS?
Sam occasionally runs deep sea trips on request, but his focus is inshore and fly fishing — reach out directly if you're interested in a deep sea charter.
WHAT KIND OF FISH CAN I CATCH?
Depending on the trip we target Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, Permit, Trout, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel, Pompano and more. If you want to head offshore, we also target Sailfish, Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo and Swordfish.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN COME?
Trips on the Maverick 17 HPX can fit up to 3 people. Trips on the Pathfinder 2700 Open can fit up to 6.
